She always asks the right questions and they’re always specific to how my skin is going at that current time, rather than just in general! She’ll then cater the service based on my answers and I always leave with my skin feeling so fresh and in a better condition than when I came in (like when I came in with sunburn and left with my skin feeling a lot calmer haha).
