Please be courteous when booking appointments as no shows and last minute cancellations can be detrimental to my business. To prevent last minute cancellations and no shows we have a $30 deposit in place to secure your booking which will be deducted from the total service amount after the commencement of your treatment.
Appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours of your booking will result in the deposit not being refunded.
No shows and celling less than 4 hours prior to your appointment will be charged the full service amount and this must be paid in full before any other treatments are booked.
With regards to these terms, I understand that some things are out of our control so extreme circumstances will be taken into consideration at my discretion.
If you are sick and unable to attend please let me know as soon as possible so we can sort out an alternative. Clients who do come in and show signs of sickness may be asked to reschedule and a $30 fee will need to be paid. As I am a one woman show, if I get sick my business really suffers and other clients will miss out.
Children and babies are more than welcome to attend given that they are kept occupied. Children must not walk around the clinic. We have an IPad available with Netflix that children are more than welcome to use. Please note, not all treatments will allow children and babies to attend due to bright lights and needles being present so please message me prior to your appointment so I can make sure the treatment is safe to do so.
Bare Face Skin Clinic has the right to cancel a booking at any time.

Bare Face Skin Clinic are to be made in full on the day of your treatment prior to leaving the clinic or beforehand. All payments for services and products are accepted in the form of cash, via bank transfer or eftpos. We ask that you please choose your product carefully as once you leave the clinic we will not provide any exchange or refund for any product due to maintaining strict hygiene standards. If a product is proven to be faulty or defective it may be replaced but will not be refunded under any circumstance.
As we are a home clinic, parking is available in the driveway. We ask that you please park either inside the gates (please ensure you are not blocking the gates) or you are welcome to park on the left or right hand side of the gate (please ensure you are not blocking the gates or on the footpath).
We will not take any responsibility for the loss of any personal belongings left on the premises. We suggest keeping all items together during your treatment.
